How to order a CurlFinder bundle?

If you have selected the “premium” or “basic” bundle, you will be redirected to our payment service provider, where you can securely complete your purchase. There are several payment methods available to you. If you select the “Light” bundle you will be redirected to our final page. 

What payment methods can I use?

The following payment methods can be used through our payment service provider:

Credit/debit card, PayPal, SOFORT (Sofortüberweisung), SEPA/direct debit.

Are there any additional costs?

No. After you have chosen a bundle, you will be redirected to our payment service provider. There you will see all costs clearly displayed. Transparency is very important to us. Therefore, if something is unclear, we are happy to answer your questions.

About the profile

Can I indicate my certificates?

Yes, with the CurlFinder Premium package you can upload your certificates. We then check them individually, since a high quality standard is of great importance to us. After a successful verification within 48 hours, the name of the certification will appear in your profile.

What happens to my salon’s listing that already exists on CurlFinder?

Since quality is important to us, we personally check every single new account. We also check whether duplicates exist. If this is the case, the duplicate entry will be removed.

About the bundles, change and termination

Change my plan from Light to Basic?

To change your plan go to the following page here and chose your favorite plan. 

How long is the subscription period?

The subscription period is always 12 months from the date of purchase and is automatically renewed for another 12 months.

How do I cancel my current plan and switch to the Light version?

If you want to cancel your membership, you must notify us 30 days or more before the next billing date, which is set annually from the date of your first purchase, your membership will be automatically renewed. We ask you to send a written cancellation to support@curlfinder.com. Your contract will then continue until the end of the initial term. After that, your profile will change to the Light version.
